Unprotected sex with my boyfriend...Pregnant?

My boyfriend and I have had sex today and several times within the past two weeks we use the withdrawal method of contraception. I have been experiencing some really bad pains in my lower abdomen and around to my back they kind of feel like cramps before my period. I am feeling nauseous and having headaches and sometimes feeling nauseous and sometimes feeling like Im going to be sick after I eat. One thing I have also noticed is that Im not sleeping well at all probably only getting a minimum of 4 hours of sleep at night and when I do get enough sleep I could sleep through the day. Also, I have been very bloated and gasy and Im normally not like this or any of the other things I have listed before I start my period. I didnt know if these were any early symptoms of being pregnant?

I am six months pregnant and I got these symptoms when I was 3/4 weeks pregnant.

Hi Mckenzie_2003,
Your question was answered here: https://www.empowher.com/community/ask/missed-period-2-months-then-started-it-again-pregnancy-symptomswhat-does-mean

Given that you have taken a pregnancy test already and it came up negative, you can either schedule a visit with the doctor to see what these symptoms are, or you can wait for your period to come.
We ask that you keep your related question to one spot so we can get to everyone's question.
Thanks!

Mckenzie,

Thanks for your post and welcome! If you were pregnant, these would be VERY early signs and symptoms considering we are only talking 2 weeks back... but, all is possible. The withdrawal method is arguably not a very effective form of birth control considering the only thing stopping you from getting pregnant is "withdrawing" though pre-ejaculation is possible. Don't get me wrong, lots of women who are VERY in tune with their body and also use the rhythm method in conjunction with withdrawing would say that this form of birth control worked for them..but it isn't for everyone. Nor is it as effective as condoms or birth control pills.

Your symptoms could be three things, either you may be pregnant, the stress from feeling like you may be pregnant is causing these manifestations, or you could be catching a bug :(
The only way to find out if you are pregnant is by taking a pregnancy test once you've actually had a late period and try not to stress over this too much.

Best Wishes!

Rosa
