Hi Anon

I am not sure if there is anything you can take to avoid issues with garlic - have you found any?

I have heard that parsley and cilantro can help but you can also try an over the counter aid for digestive gas. Ask your pharmacist what she thinks.

If all else fails, minimize garlic in your diet, check ingredients and ask for it to be taken out of ingredients at any restaurant you are in.
