I'm manonmani, In the anomaly scan that is taken at the end of the 5th month (23 wks) says,
(1) estemated foetal weight falls at 90th centile for gestational age what does that mean?
(2) cervical canal length measures 45.0 mm what does it mean?

90th percentile for your unborn baby's weight means that he or she is in the top 10% of weight. Meaning if there were 100 unborn babies just like yours, yours would be the 10th largest. It's good to have a growing baby so it's nothing to worry about - you may have a good sized baby! 

Your cervical canal length is measuring your cervix - it's size changes throughout pregnancy. Normal size at 20 weeks is about 40 so you are at 45 at 23 weeks which is about normal.
