Why my beta hug gone down?

I got my FET done on 2 nd feb 2015. As my hcg test was on 11 th February which was 18.9. Then 2nd hcg on 15 th February 2015 was 42.4. 3rd hcg test on 18 th feb 2015 which was 180. 4 th on 20 th feb 2015 was 658.8 with my ultrasound which said that my sac is to be seen. Then had my hcg test on 27th with ultrasound where it was 1148 but no sac to be seen. Now my hcg done on 6th mar 2015 is dropped down on 955.5 & in ultrasound did not show my sac. Doc have called me for hcg & ultrasound on 12 th March 2015. Plz help me will I lose my kid?

Any emergency during pregnancy will be spotted immediately during your regular check ups at the doctor.  If your doctor is monitoring your pregnancy closely (as it seems he is) but does not see any danger signs, then you can be certain that your baby is fine.

Below is a chart that maps what normal Hcg levels look like during early pregnancy.

 I suggest that you compare your pregnancy with this chart to understand whether or not your Hcg levels are in line with normal levels.  Please note how dramatically the numbers can vary during each period.
