Joanne:
Getting enough sleep is of utmost importance in terms of getting and keeping the weight off. When I worked overnights my metabolism had basically shut down, but now that I get enough sleep, my body repairs those muscles that may have been damaged a little bit, but in a good way, throughout my workouts and it also gets the time to digest the food properly.
