Dawna Stone will be joining
Years ago, Dawna battled with her weight. Like so many, she spent years trying every diet in the book: no carb, no fat, juice fasting, Jenny Craig and more—only to find herself disappointed, irritable, depressed, and often weighing more than when she started.
After years of failed attempts, Dawna finally had an epiphany: in order to find a weight loss program that offers everything she wants—the option to easily dine out, follow simple recipes, enjoy a variety of meals, occasionally indulge in her favorite foods and, most importantly, sustain the weight loss, she’d need to develop her own.
Dawna began eliminating a variety of food items from her diet and ultimately created a 14-day formula that worked. The weight was falling off and, more importantly, staying off. The results were quick and easy, and people in her life began to take notice.
She started sharing her program with co-workers, friends and family. Dawna was willing to help anyone who asked. Once these initial participants began to lose weight, they introduced her to others who also sought help. Dawna finally put her 14-day program on paper so she could share it with even more people. This is how the new book, “Healthy You!: 14 Days to Quick and Permanent Weight Loss and a Healthier, Happier You” came to be.
In just 14 days, Dawna was able to finally lose weight but more importantly, she became more conscious of what she was eating and how those foods made her feel. Those initial 14 days, which became the Healthy You! program started her on a path to her goal weight. Dawna lost 40 pounds and have been at or near her goal weight for 20 years.
