Here are some of our favorites:
Kimberly: Almond milk and no dairy. Sounds extreme but its the best, most effective, least difficult nutritional lifestyle change I have made. In 5 months, have lost 8 lbs without doing anything else differently.
Jodi: Eat at least 7 servings of vegetables and walk at least 10,000 steps per day.
Kirk: Don't "diet." Just eat healthier food, mostly plants, and not stuff made in a plant.
Salena Ann Wilber Diets don't work. Lifestyle change do. Just saying ;0).
Kim: 2 full glasses of rm temp water with lemon upon waking.
Tricia: To decide if you are truly hungry or just craving something, pick a healthy food like broccoli or an apple, etc. Then ask yourself if eating that thing will take care of it. If the answer is yes, you are hungry; if not, it is just a craving and you need to find a distraction.
Boomer: Keep trying.
