There are many ceramists out there. Ceramists are the not one level. It’s just like you have a carpenters is not in one level. There are higher level of artistic skills and some of them are not. So ceramist is the same.
So you will have to find a really great ceramist to understand the all the light transmission, what kind of ceramic powder does what effect, and where to put it on to create the natural light transmission. So, all these chalky, white, opaque laminates are result of very poor ceramic skills.
