Cooking nutritious and delicious meals doesn't have to be left up to professional chefs. Dr. Daemon Jones, ND, diabetes, hormones, metabolism and weight loss expert, has created a six week video cooking class series called "Kitchen Magic Class" that brings healthy cooking into your own kitchen. Her video series will show you how to utilize meal planning to create meals that contain healthy, whole food ingredients.

Not only does this six week video series include different module topics to help prepare you to cook easy and tasty meals, it also contains recipe and class note PDF's. The "Kitchen Magic Class" can be a benefit to new chefs to learn the basics, as well as to seasoned chefs to learn how to incorporate more healthy foods into their recipes. Dr. Dae is a naturopathic doctor who treats patients all over the country using Skype and phone appointments. She specializes in diabetes, hormones, metabolism and weight loss. She is working in collaboration with Dr. Theodore Friedman, M.D., Ph.D., Chairman of Medicine and Chief of the Division Endocrinology, Molecular Medicine and Metabolism at Charles Drew University in Los Angeles, Calif.
