Technically Savvy Workouts
When it comes to working out, variety can help you stick to your goal. If you workout solo and not in a heath club there are many technically savvy ways to get a sassy body.
The Wii Fit is a great starting tool to learn some basic body movements and components of fitness, if you’re new to working out. The workout segments are brief, so if you still have the stamina continue with another session. Don’t be discouraged if your Mii (the character used to represent you) puts on a belly if you’ve got a couple of pounds to lose. I personally do not think that this is positive reinforcement, but the goal as you progress is for your Mii to get smaller. Be prepared to create your own variety of Wii Workouts and stock your game library with a many options so you don’t get bored.
Dancing with the stars contestants may be afraid to fall or be dropped during the season, but they’re thrilled with how the weight falls off and the their scale numbers drop. There are so many ways to shake it up in your living room or den. Grab a partner if you’d like and learn some of the hottest moves on the dance floor.
