I think the two best tests to measure your sex hormones would be a salivary test because that looks at a membrane bound hormone levels that are circulating everyday. The second best test would be a 24-hour urine, which looks at the metabolites of your sex hormones over a 24-hour period and it gives you a good picture of what your hormone levels are in that particular day.
I think you should see a physician that’s board-certified in the American Academy of Anti-Aging. They know about these tests. They know how to interpret the tests, and they know, more importantly, how to get you on the right medications to treat any deficiencies.
