Alright so, my boyfriend and I were messing around and he's inexperienced in most sexual things, while I've had a few sexual encounters. Yesterday he started fingering me and it was rough, and it happened multiple times that day. After he left, I saw a lot of blood in my panties, now a day later, I'm still bleeding as if on my period, the blood is bright red and I'm having pains as if they're menstrual cramps. I'm not supposed to have my period till next week. Any ideas?

Rough fingering could be the reason for the vaginal bleeding, and possibly the cramping.
Do you usually have cramping the week before your period? If not, then this is concerning.
Anonymous, if the bleeding continues, please call and report this with either your gynecologist or primary care physician. My concern is tears or irritation of the cervical lining.

Thanks for your quick response, and yes, I usually have minor cramping a few days before my period. If the bleeding persists, I will go see a doctor.
