I have already had my period 2 weeks ago
I had unprotected sex 5 days now
Last time was last night (20/9/15) and I've woke up to blood in my underwear like a period but I'm not due yet till the beginning of October
Would there be a chance I could be pregnant? And would it show up now?

Having unprotected intercourse, especially two weeks after the end of your last period, can result in pregnancy. Because this bleeding resembled a menstrual flow and when it happened, I don't think this is implantation bleeding.
Frequent and rough sex without enough lubrication can cause vaginal irritation. That might explain the bleeding. But if it was a lot of blood, then you should contact your doctor. You might need to be examined.
