So me and my gf where dry hunping, however she had no underwear, I had boxers and pjs can she get pregnant, since I ejaculated during it, also my pjs where soaked.

Okay let's say worst case scenario that my penis touches her clitoris or vagina or just rubs on it with my boxer & pjs being soaked of semen & her vaginal fluid, is there a chance of pregnancy ? Because she's 3 days late on her period, but she has been worrying a lot & crying and I know that stress can cause your period to delay. Also she says that her breast feel sore and tender but I also know that stress or overthinking can lead the body to and brain to make you feel all symptoms in response of you tracking the body.

I can appreciate how worried you and your girlfriend must be. But, look at this logically and I think you can both calm down and see that there was never a risk for pregnancy.
Sperm cannot get through fabric. No sperm ever got past your boxer and pjs. No sperm equals no pregnancy.
Again, the vagina and the clitoris is inside of a girl's body. You could not rub against either. You would need to insert your penis and you couldn't do that with clothes on.

I was in the same situation, but I ejaculated when I was on top of her, and we continued for like 10 more seconds after I ejaculated, also while we where doing this my penis was rubbing her vagina, she was completely naked & I had boxers and pjs on, they where however soaked of sperm

If you were wearing boxers and pjs, your penis could not have penetrated her vagina, which is inside the body. I am assuming you were rubbing against her outer genitalia. Still, no risk for pregnancy because, though your clothing was soaked with semen, the sperm within the semen was contained in the fibers of the fabric. Again, no risk for pregnancy.

There would be no risk of your girlfriend getting pregnant because you were wearing boxers and pajamas. Though your clothing was wet from ejaculation, the sperm did not get past the fabric.
The vagina is inside the body. I am assuming you touched her labia or outer genitalia.
