Q:

Could I be pregnant?

my boyfriend and I have been fooling around lately, and I'm getting paranoid/anxiety on whether or not there's a chance I could be pregnant. Recently, he rubbed his tip on my vagina, and it was pretty moist down there.I'm sure precm had probably had to have gotten around at some point as I know men cannot tell when they release the fluid. There was no penetration, and he did not cu
m anywhere on my vagina. I know that whether, or not a male contains sperm in his precm varies, and there is no definite way to determine whether he does or not, ( I've looked up if precm contains sperm but it's extremely difficult to find a definite answer as many different reliable sources say different things that contradict one another, which only fuels my worries. What's the likelihood that I'm pregnant from precm, without having had actual sex/penetration? Is it possible that the precm that could have possibly been on my vagina, seeped inside, and if so, even then what are the chances of getting pregnant from that? I feel ridiculous for not taking better precautions, and I've definitely learned to take better ones in the future, as it's not worth the anxiety or being paranoid. Thanks a lot, any information will help, I'm extremely worried.

Guide

Hello Ellp,

Welcome to the EmpowHER community,

Your vagina is inside of your body.

Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If a male has had a very recent ejaculation, sperm remains in the urethra. This is the tube that urine and semen pass. Once he urinates, sperm is flushed out.

Wait and if your next period is late by more than one week, test for pregnancy.

Regards,
Maryann
