Yes, you can. You can lose weight if you split your workouts throughout the day. In fact, newer science is saying that it doesn’t matter; it doesn’t have to be clumped together. In fact, three 10-minute sessions throughout the day will give you the same health benefits as doing your 30-minute workout all at once. So, it is very beneficial for people who have, you know, short on time or trying to fit in a workout.
