The program gave me, a staffer, the confidence to pursue my own life in a new way! I began working with teenage girls when my own had extreme difficulties with anxiety and depression, and I started the Chrysalis Project, empowering girls by connecting mind, body and spirit through nature. The moms loved seeing what their girls were getting from Chrysalis and begged me to do a program for them. So this September 15-18 in Vail, Colorado we launch the first Women's Empowerment Workshop, a deep exploration outward into nature and inward to our most empowered Self. All of the nature-based activities are adaptable to every physical ability level. I invite you to discover the power of nature and discover the power of YOU with healers, outdoor guides, international speakers and inspiring women. You can learn more at womenempower.us or follow us on FaceBook. We are beautiful, empowered people who have much to give the world!
