I think I say that probably every morning to myself that, "Today I am not going to touch my hair." It works, maybe for a minute, and then, I find myself just wanting to do it, and I pull a lot when I am in the car, when I am driving, so, and it’s mostly when I am driving home from work. And then I’ll say, "I am not going to pull my hair today; I am not going to do it," and then it’s very hard not to. It’s something that I don’t have control over most days. I just don’t have control over it. I’ll do it without even thinking; it’s very habitual.
