hi, ive recently found out im 5 weeks pregnant. m just wondering if its normal to experience stomach cramps & backache & what i can possibly take to ease it as i cant get to my doctor for another 5 days thanks.

Thanks for your post!

On a personal level, I would do nothing from a medication standpoint. The first few months of pregnancy can be tough but warm baths, lots of sleep and a healthy, fresh diet will help. You may be having some morning sickness so the above tips may help but it's something that can't be
"cured" in a way that would remove all discomfort.

Some women find that ginger helps with abdominal discomfort or nausea and herbal teas may also help.
