Hi Audra,

I am sorry to hear about your sadness. I think your answer really depends on the two of you. Is he a willing participant to try and work things out? Is he happy with the issues you are dealing with?

If you really think about Audra's future, what does that entail? Is he apart of that? It appears to me that you need a break, that's what you explained. I will guess and say that you two live together. Is this correct? When you live together, a separation is bigger than just 'taking a break'. This entails moving out, splitting furniture, signing leases. Is this the situation?

I understand that when things are tough, it hurts in every direction. Emotionally, it hurts, physically it hurts and over all, everything hurts. Communication is key here about how you two will work this out, either in the positive or the negative. Is the communication at a stand still?
