This huge knot on my leg started out looking like a pimple but now its huge with a big head on it and hurts real bad

I think it's a good idea to go to the ER if you can tonight or call your doctor (evening hotline) if you can. You may be able to get in to see your doctor first thing. MRSA is not something you want to take a "wait-and-see" approach. Handle this immediately and remember that if it is MRSA, you are contagious. Please keep us posted.
