Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question. The exact cause for Lupus is unknown. Some research believe that it can be cause by exposure to certain unknown trigger factor in the environment or Hereditary. The difference in Saline and Silicone is, if Saline ruptures The leaking saline solution will be absorbed by your body without posing any health risks. If a silicone breast implant ruptures,it may eventually cause breast pain or changes in the contour or shape of the breast.
