Still concerned about the ANA. Any ideas?

I've had multiple autoimmune panels done. Always positive ANA and negative everywhere else.Lifetime Raynaud's, undiagnosed rashes over the summer along with debilitating fatique. Three courses of Prednisone, topical steroids, time and I'm feeling OK.

I feel like my lips are very dry and the inside of my lips are red and burn slightly My tip of my tongue is also irritated? Has been going on for about two weeks or so?

Is Sjogren's Syndrome a condition that is detectable in blood testing?... And are there cases of women with this condition who do NOT have dental decay?

Every time I have a CBC done my levels are always low. My dr. said my lows are normal for me and to not worry about it. I am also anemic.

Sjogren's Syndrome Definition

Definition

Sjogren's syndrome is an inflammatory disease. The immune system destroys cells in exocrine glands. It occurs most often the tear and salivary glands. It is a lifelong condition. There are two types:

Primary Sjogren's syndrome—occurs alone
Secondary Sjogren's syndrome—occurs with other rheumatic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis , scleroderma , or systemic lupus erythematosus (lupus)
