I had sex three months ago, and I have had two periiods since. I have a period two weeks after I lost my virginity, and then another one a month later, that one was exceptionally heavy. But this month I have not. Well not yet. It was due this week but they aren't 100% regular cause I'm only 16. Do you think I could be pregnant. I am so worried because if I am I'd be like 3 months pregnant. and I've just started my a levels so I'm stressing about them too. But if I go to doctors its hard to get to them because I live in a village in countryside with no shops. I'm stressing so much. Can any of you offer me some help or advice? Thank you.

Hello Harini,

If your period is late by at least one week, take a home pregnancy test. That is the only way to know whether or not you are pregnant.

I had protected sex two months ago on January 29th to be exact amd found out my partner cheated and gave me an infection because of those two seconds we did not use a condom. My period came Febuary 18th and lasted until Febuary 20th and it is now March and it has not came yet could I be pregnant or am I stressing out too much about it? I am 19 and my periods are pretty irregular but I am still looking at the possibility. I feel some pain sometimes but it is not strong and sometimes the feeling it will come but nothng yet.

Hello Aduran,

Welcome to the EmpowHER community.

Pregnancy would only be the reason for a late period if you had unprotected intercourse since your last period. Most likely, stress is the cause.

Are you currently receiving treatment for the STD?

Hello Anonymous,

Unless you had unprotected intercourse since your last period which started on February 24, you are not pregnant.

I am concerned that you had two periods in February. Has this ever happened before? This could indicate a hormonal imbalance and explain why you have not gotten a period in March.

Maryann

Me and my GF had sex on her first month on the pill she had spotting on the 2nd day of her 7 day break followed by her period 2 days later.
She has then got her period on nearly the same day of her previous break. So she deffinetly is not pregnant?? just to put my mind at ease!
Help much appreciated! :)
