I had sex three months ago, and I have had two periiods since. I have a period two weeks after I lost my virginity, and then another one a month later, that one was exceptionally heavy. But this month I have not. Well not yet. It was due this week but they aren't 100% regular cause I'm only 16. Do you think I could be pregnant. I am so worried because if I am I'd be like 3 months pregnant. and I've just started my a levels so I'm stressing about them too. But if I go to doctors its hard to get to them because I live in a village in countryside with no shops. I'm stressing so much. Can any of you offer me some help or advice? Thank you.

Hello mc,

If you got your periods, you were not pregnant.

Well, I'm in the same place. I had sex in December on my fertile period, but two weeks later my period started as usually, I mean, same volume, same days. In january I got my period again on the right date and everything was ok. I didn't get spotting, just regular and normal period. I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms so far. But 2/3 days ago my boobs started to hurt a little (the same as PMS) and i'm having light cramps all day. My period will start in 4/5 days and most certainly this is just PMS. I know I'm probably just being paranoid but I can't relax.

Hello Anonymous,

Pregnancy can be ruled out as the reason for no period for two months since you say that you have not had unprotected sex since November 23.

I think she needs to consult her physician to determine if a hormonal imbalance is the cause.

Maryann

I had unprotected sex with my gf last month, though after 6 days she got her periods where she had heavy bleeding, but her periods are delayed by 4 days this month. She complains of bloated stomach and crams. Are there any chances of pregnancy? If yes what can be done now to avoid it since its been 45 days now. Please advice.

Hello Anonymous,

If you and your girlfriend have not had unprotected sex her last period in January, there is no chance that she is pregnant. Bloating and cramping could indicate that her period is about to start.

I had a protected sex with my wife on january 3rd. Post that she had her periods on jan 16. This lasted just for 2 and half days. Now yesterday she had abdominal pain and leg pain, but just a drop of blood. Her periods was due by 14th feb. Is she pregnant?
