I had my fallopian tubes removed due to multiple etopic pregnancies. I still have my ovaries, so can I still get pregnant?

Yes and this is my case no Fallopian tubes due to ectopic pregnancies but be realistic with IVF it doesn't always work and when it does the majority of couples tried at least three cycles before conceiving and the procedure is not easy to go through. I tried two fresh cycles and was hyper stimulated (google it) and it was almost fatal! After all
March 1, 2016 - 12:40pmThat no baby! Did a frozen embryo transfer still didn't work still have 17 frozen embryos I have been paying on for 17years! So hard to let go. We got approved for surrogacy travel to India and they banned it right after so we never even got to go there. Good luck to all this is a hard thing to deal with!

That's not true. I got my tubes tied in 2002. In 2008 I became pregnant twice and lost both. In 2011 i got a tubal reversal done. After surgery the doctor told me and my husband that my left tube actually grew back and that's why I was able to conceive both times. Well I now have two healthy baby boys that are 2 1/2 and 1yrs old. I now have both tubes removed (which I got done in 2015) after my 1yr old was born. I just recently in December, ended up pregnant with no tubes at all. It was not a successful pregnancy. They said I had a spontaneous abortion. Even though I didn't carry the two in 2008 nor the one a couple of months ago, I'm here to tell you that it is possible. Hopes this helps.

Hello Anonymous,
The big difference is you had a tubal reversal done and were able to conceive.
Was the lost pregnancy considered ectopic?

Yes, it is possible I had my tubes clipped and burned in 2008. I found out that I was pregnant in August of this year, but it was an ectopic pregnancy, which resulted in me having to have both tubes removed. So there is good, blessing to you.

Yes you can get pregnant without your tube but you will have to go through an ivf.

Hi Anonymous,
With both fallopian tubes removed, I don't see how you could become pregnant naturally.
