my scalp is swollen on my lower right side and i have a ball near my neck the size of a pencil eraser and i cant sleep or even touch my scalp on the right cause its sooo tender.the ball feels really hard its not red its just there.please let me know asap.

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Usually any swelling around the neck area, are enlarged lymph nodes.  But, the only way you will know for sure is seeing a doctor.
