Hello!
Both my finger and toe nails grow inwardly at both ends. I'm not sure why this happens - it wasn't always like this - happened sometime within the last 5 years.
Is there any way or how can I ensure the nails ends grow normally instead of curving inwards at both ends.
Thanks
Asha

Over time, as we age, like with our skin and hair, we may also see changes in our nails. Changes in texture, growth rate, thickness, etc. There are a number of potential reasons for the changes you are be experiencing.
