how do i stop fibroids from growing

Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. From what I've read, the only way to "shrink" fibroids is with a treatment called embolism, which requires a small incision, and essentially starves the fibroids. There is no clear reason identified why fibroids grow. It is best to work with your doctor or gynecologist to determine the best course of treatment for you.
