the pain radiates all over what can this be
i have nausea,diarreah,etc

Is the pain in your upper or lower left abdominal area? Upper left side pain would indicate a problem in your stomach while pain in the lower abdominal area suggest an intestinal problem?
How long have you been having these symptoms?
Does anything, such as food or activity, make the pain better or worse?
Have you called your doctor about this?
