i have been having pain that comes and goes in the upper right side of my rib cage, what could be the cause?

Thinking of the organs found in the upper right quadrant or right side of the rib cage, you have the lungs, gallbadder, diaphram, liver and kidneys.

Is the pain felt in the front or back? Do you have the pain when you breathe in? Do you have the pain when you eat or eat certain foods?

What precipiated the pain? What relieves the pain? How long have you experiencing this pain?
