I have been having sweating of the abdomen at night along with pain . Does anyone know what this could be?

Anon - Could you provide more information so that we can better understand what you're dealing with? What do you mean by sweating of the abdomen? What type of pain are you experiencing and where are you feeling it? Do you have a fever? How old are you and are you having any changes in your menstrual cycle? Are you on any medications or taking supplements? Have you made any recent changes in your medications, supplements or diet? Are you experiencing any other physical changes right now that are bothering you?
