To obtain a diagnosis, you must be evaluated by your physician.

If you are a woman, it could be an infected sebaceous cyst as a result of shaving your under arm. It could be an enlarged axillary lymph node. If you have a cat, who has recently scratched you, this could possibly Bartonella henselae, which is commonly called cat scratch fever.
