My blood pressure is 159/51 What does this mean and I hear my heart beating in my ears like my heart is sitting in between my ears

Hello, Anon.
It's common to sense your heartbeat while lying in bed, for example. If you have blood pressure that is normal, hearing your heartbeat in your ears is usually not a cause of concern. It may also be intensified by too much caffeine consumption, anxiety, fear, etc. But this sensation will be aggravated if your blood pressure is high. Blood vessel problems, such as high blood pressure, can amplify the sound of your heartbeat in your ears.
Your diastolic (lower number) is on the low side, however, your top number (systolic) is too high. See your PCP (primary care physician).
