Has anyone tried the new Jillian Michaels QuickStart Rapid weight loss program, Maximum strenght fat burner pills, or the Thincare international Jillian Michaels maximum strenght calorie control tablets, or the triple process body detox and clense. If so could you tell me is it safe and is it worth the money?

you should get your T3 and T4 levels checked, often physicians just check your TSH levels when doing lab work. If you are symptomatic of Hypothyroidism please talk to your physician and see if they will check these other levels too.

I tried this and I'm very disappointed, I stuck to the plan drank 12+ 8oz glass of water a day, and apart from unusal pain in the kidney area, nothing I feel no different then before taking it, I've not lost weight and didn't while on this two week course, and Yes I'm on a diet program... I've yet to see any results in this product yet.

Why were you drinking 12 8oz glasses a day - you are only suppossed to drink 2 8oz glasses and 1 4 oz per day. 8 oz with your breakfast, 8 oz with your supper and 4 oz with a snack. Where did you receive your directions? I can see why it may have hurt you - that's way too much!

I don't know, it works for me and everyone I told about it as well.

I strongly suggest Dr. Miller's Holy Tea. Al natural ingredients and you can drink it with meals for the endurance of life. The first week I drink the tea, I lost 13lbs and inches off my gut area and midriff. It really works and it makes you feel so energetic and alive. You can buy it off of Amazon. Go to youtube and type in Dr. Miller Holy Tea and you'll see all the testimonials. This is how I learned about it and told all my friends - my friend lost 10lbs, her mother is losing, everyone loves it.

If anyone is looking for a challenging workout to do that will give you awesome results, check out crossfit.com it is a free workout that changes every day. I have never been so sore and pushed my body so far. If you don't like the workout of the day or don't have the equipment needed you can go back and look at previous workouts and repeat one from the past. Some you can do in your living room without any equipment at all and you will be totally wiped out.
