Hi there,
I'm a 21 year old female, 168 cm and 46 kg. I have been battling with this disorder for far too long. I was under a therapist back in my home town but have moved away and had a terrible past 4-5 months of which I have relapsed completely back to eating 300-500 calories a day. I am very active. A professional dancer actually. When we are touring I dance 6-8 hours a day. On off season I am a waitress at a very busy cafe for 8 hours 5 days a week and my 2 off days I do vigorous pilates for 1.5 hours and walk for 2-3 hours.

My family is very worried about me and I am about ready to recover fully however I am at a loss as to what to eat.
Would you happen to be able to point me in the direction of a sample meal plan for recovery please? Or give me a guideline as to how much I should be eating etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi livelovelaugh,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. SInce you are very active and dealing with an eating disorder, it would be very beneficial for you to seek an eating plan with a Nutritionist. I am glad you are seeking mental health assistance for the eating disorder since you must learn to understand that you are certainly not over weight and the nutritionist is a main supporter of eating disorders. I hope this helps. Keep us posted.
