She also has ringing in her ears a few times a day and weakness in her legs. Should I be concerned?

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Any new symptoms, should be closely looked at.  Probably, would be best for her to be seen by a specialist.  Where they will perform different type of testings, to know what can be causing the tremors.
