I took both pills in one dosage, is this dangerous or less effective? Also, what are the usual side effects after taking the pills and how soon after? I took the pills about a 17 days ago and now I'm spotting ( not heavy but blood is present). Could this be a side effect?

Do Not take another dose of Postinor 2.
You should not have taken the first dose. It was not necessary.
Though it was unprotected sex, it happened three days after the last day of your period. It was too soon in your new menstrual cycle for ovulation. There was no released egg to be fertilized.
Please consider using some type of birth control on a regular basis. Condoms, birth control pills or having an IUD placed are better options. Emergency contraceptives are intended to be used in emergency situation.

I took postinor2 week after week but I have not yet seen my ps yet they were supposed to appear on the 1st of this month. could postinor have caused that or there is another problem? and all the pregnancy tests have done are negative

Forgot to say that am also lactating. Kindly help am confused bse i feel all the signs and symptoms of pregnancy but when i test the results come out negative.

What exactly do you mean by week after week? How many times in one month have you taken it? For how many months have you taken it?
Postinor 2 is intended to be used only in emergency situation. It should never be taken more than once in a one month period of time.
You must contact your gynecologist today. There could be a serious hormonal problem caused by taking this pill too often.

Hi I took the 2 dosages at the same time and it has been a week that has past and I got slight to mild belly pains will it work or me taking the two pill prevent it from working

Taking two doses at the same time should not have affected the effectiveness. It should still work, if taken before ovulation and within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse.
