I took both pills in one dosage, is this dangerous or less effective? Also, what are the usual side effects after taking the pills and how soon after? I took the pills about a 17 days ago and now I'm spotting ( not heavy but blood is present). Could this be a side effect?

I took the second pill after 14 hours. Will the postinor 2 still be effective?

Hello Anonymous,
Postinor 2 is most effective when taken early. As you know, it is recommended that you take the second pill 12 hours after taking the first dose. Taking the second pill two hours later than recommended can decrease its effectiveness.
Hopefully, it will still be effective. If you don't get your period within three weeks of taking Postinor 2, test for pregnancy.

Hi, I had postinor 2 on 8th of June and I only started bleeding heavily continously 3 days starting on 21st of June. As stated commonly after 5-7 days will bleed heavily but for my case, after 12 days only started it. Is it normal? and I get hungry most of the time.

Postinor 2 was effective in preventing pregnancy because you are had a period, regardless if it started 12 days after taking the pill.
I don't why you are hungry most of the time, but you cannot blame it on being pregnant.

Yes Anonymous. All the above you stated were happened before. The second day after the pill, i fell that my stomach was kind of inflation. Is it normal? I do fell stomach inflation yesterday too.

my gf took postino 2 after unprotected sex. ba contrary to reports that withdrawal bleeding must occur after one week, she has not experienced it. moreover. she feels nauseous, running stomach and vomit. it's exactly 9 days after taking the pill. are the symptoms for pregnancy or postino 2.

Nausea, vomiting and upset stomach could be symptoms of a stomach virus or even food poisoning.
If your girlfriend does not get a period within three weeks of taking Postinor 2, she needs to take a home pregnancy test to determine if she is pregnant.
