How long before I can do yoga or salsa dancing? Can I do child's pose to stretch my back? Is pushing a vacuum cleaner a foot or two going to cause problems.
I also teach Zumba, what type of moves will cause injury to healing?
Thanks, Pam

Hi,
I would love to be able to answer your question, but it depends.

This is a question only your doctor can answer, as we could tell you the typical "6-8 weeks post-surgery" is the amount of time many people require before resuming their previous activities; some women may be healed sooner at 4 weeks, and others mat take longer. However, depending on your specific situation, only your doctor can tell you when your specific body is healed enough.

When do you see your doctor again for any post-op appointments? This would be a question at that time to ask.
