my husband suffered a heart attack in 2015, the neurologist has diagnosed brain damage from lack of oxygen. He suffers confusion, nervousness, forgetfulness, with numerous tests already done, he was scheduled for more when he got a 2nd probation violation, in addition to that, he has recurrent masses in both feet, and a nodule on his lung that has already grown from 8mm to 10mm, these are the major ones and all need to be closely watch, the lung every 3 months, we are gonna plead and beg for house arrest, but he is facing 4-5 years in state prison

Hello. Thank you for writing.

I'm very sorry you are going through this. I suppose it depends on what he did to violate probation. But you say this is the 2nd probation violation he has had, which doesn't help his case.
You can hope for a sympathetic judge and a medical type facility perhaps so he can be monitored.
