I think eating one cheat meal a week helps you maintain control and that discipline because you know that if there are cookies in the office you are not going to eat those cookies because you are going to eat a decadent piece of cheesecake on Sunday that you already planned for, or if you have a wedding on a Saturday, you know you are going to be able to indulge a little bit at that wedding, so you are not going to eat those extra little things during the week.
