They can also be used preventively to help boost the immune system. Bacteria and other illnesses have a harder time thriving in your body when your probiotics are balanced. Probiotics also help prevent illness by creating bacterins, which stop the growth of harmful bacteria.
You do not need to rely on strong prescription medications in order to be healthy. There are alternatives available that are just as effective, but without the harmful side effects
