Day 21, 24% Waning Crescent
Mood: Willingness – Feeling Enthusiastic
This morning I felt fresh and rested waking up. Got up a little earlier than usual. It was nice to see the soft morning sunlight slowly waking up the city. I love mornings. A time that’s full of possibilities, full of potential…
Exercise: Even though I felt tired and didn’t want to exercise, I got myself to my dance class anyway. And once again it completely changed my mood and energy level. Afterwards, I felt amazing. I’m convinced that exercise, especially aerobic exercise, is the key to fight PMS, PMDD, and depression.
Sleep & Rest: After dinner, I went to bed to read. Nice to stay away from the TV and spend a little quiet time with some of the great minds of our time. I seem to sleep better after reading instead of watching a movie before bed.
Self-esteem: I have a full day of class today. I’m going to enjoy my day. Hope you’ll enjoy yours!
How do you feel today? Pause for a moment, connect with your feelings, care for yourselves, and record your journey.
