  I have suffered from clinical depression in the past. Actually, for most of my life. However, I have a job that I really like now and things are so-so at home, so i shouldn't get so down.

  I have been treated for depression for the last 14 months. I am still suffering from severe depression. I am now on 150 Desipramine. Hormone levels are normal.

  I am a 52 yr woman, about 80lbs overweight, have been overweight since childhood, obese since I was 19, am not a candidate for lapband surgery.

  

  how do I find a therapist to help with compulsive overeating, obesity and anxienty. Someone who participates with my insurance carrier.
