I am an RN and work nights, 7p to 7a. I try to keep my schedule to 3 consecutive days soo that I can have a stretch of time off. I kept telling myself that I would adjust to to schedule.
sometimes when i wake up, my body will paralyze. i cant call out or move or anything. its talk a long time before i can get up.
i sleep too much nearly 10hours at night i my ok. What must i do to limit it.
I have pipples and ezeman (as skin infections) in my body what can i use to clear it
