Beverly explains how she and her husband choose which exercises they do and whether or not their outlook on life has improved because of the Adult Fitness Program at Banner North Colorado Medical Center.

Beverly:
Actually, when we come in here we are initially guided into things that we are going to do, whether we are going to do a cross trainer type of program or whether we are going to use a treadmill or weights or balance, but we are given this guidance from the various staff members here and Craig, who heads up this area, has really been instrumental in keeping me on the straight and narrow, but also in a very helpful way.

Oh it has improved a great deal and now my husband and I both think of why we are here, why we are coming here, eating more healthful. A dietitian here that is very helpful as well, just wonderful things plus this is a really social setting. When we come in the morning there are many people here that we have been here the entire time. Some have been here longer than we have and we interact socially. So it’s social as well as being beneficial for our health.
