I walk around with my snacks, Powerbars, you know, the healthy snacks. I just, I make sure that I bring it in. You know, I bring it to work when I go to work so that I don’t snack on junk. I make sure that I bring my bottle of water to work. So I make sure that I drink my 6 to 8 glasses that she suggested I drink, and that’s pretty much it.
