Ingredients and Preparation

Granny Smith apples, cored and cubed6 cups
Brown sugar½ cup
Sugar¼ cup
Low-sodium ketchup½ cup
Cinnamon1 teaspoon
Molasses1 tablespoon
Salt1 teaspoon
Great Northern beans, undrained24 ounces
Pinto beans, undrained24 ounces
  1. Directions
  2. Melt butter in skillet, add apples, and cook until tender.
  3. Stir in sugars, ketchup, cinnamon, molasses, and salt.
  4. Add beans, mix well.
  5. Pour into slow cooker.
  6. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-4 hours.
