Dr. Katz:

There is some evidence that when children consume highly processed diets, they are more prone to behavioral disorders and there have even been studies in schools specifically for kids with behavioral challenges where diets have been improved, soda has been eliminated, the diet in general has been shifted to a more wholesome, more plant-based, less processed diet, and there’s been significant improvement in behavior across a variety of disorders, ADD, ADHD noteworthy among them.

And it stands to reason; food is the fuel that runs the human body. It runs every aspect of what our bodies do, including cognition and concentration. Put in high performance fuel, you get a higher performance body and brain.
